Solution

Hear about the dish before the guest leaves

A table tent with a permanent QR asks without anyone on the floor doing it, and the payment terminal asks again when the bill is settled. Both open the same page, so the ratings from table six and the till are the same number.

The private message carries text, a photo or a video — which is what turns "the food was cold" into something a kitchen can act on tonight.

  • No staff prompt
  • Photo and video on the private channel
  • Per-table or per-waiter attribution
  • Live the day it is printed

What changes in the room

Four things a restaurant gets that a public review page cannot give it.

01

The complaint arrives in time

A message sent from the table reaches the manager in seconds, which is the difference between a remade dish and a public review.

02

Nobody has to ask

The table tent does the asking. Waiters keep working, and no one is put in the position of requesting a good review.

03

Evidence, not adjectives

A photo of the plate says more than a paragraph. The private channel takes photo and video; the public listing never sees them.

04

Attribution by shift

The staff login tells you which counter and which evening. Give each waiter a login and it tells you who.

The whole setup, in three moves

Most restaurants run this before the next service and add the terminal later.

  1. 01 Create one staff login for the floor and pick Faces as the rating scale.
  2. 02 Print the permanent QR as table tents — one code is enough for every table, or one per table if you want the table number back.
  3. 03 Point the public step at your Google Maps listing for that location, and read the inbox after service.

Common questions

What is 7Feedback?

7Feedback is a standalone customer feedback product. It collects a one-tap rating and an optional comment, photo or video where the visit ends — the payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, a printed QR, the receipt or a chat-bot — and delivers every submission to the business with the location attached.

Do we need to integrate with our POS?

No. The terminal application installs next to your other Android apps and does not touch the payment flow, so it needs no payment-side certification. A printed QR or a fiscal receipt QR needs no integration at all. A deeper API integration exists for partners who want the question inside their own payment screens.

Does the customer have to install anything?

No. Scanning the code or tapping the terminal opens a web page. Rating takes one tap; a comment, a photo or a video is optional and never required, so the rating on its own is already a finished submission.

How often is the same customer asked?

Not more often than once every few days, set per location. The frequency cap is blind to the rating: it exists to protect a regular from fatigue, not to protect the business from criticism.

Put one code on the tables tonight

One staff login covers the whole floor. Add the terminal and the per-waiter badges once you have read a week of it.
