Short visit, thousands of them

Retail has no waiting minute and no table. What it has is a receipt printed for every customer and a counter every customer stands at, and both of those carry the invitation without costing the cashier a second.

At this volume the value is the pattern: which till, which shift, which location drifts down over a month.

  • No cashier prompt
  • Till-level attribution
  • Receipt QR or a sticker
  • Fiscal QR in four markets

What volume gives you

One rating is an anecdote. Four thousand of them, attributed to tills and shifts, is an operations report.

01

One login per till

The rating carries the workstation, so a till that drifts down over a month is visible as a till, not as a store.

02

The receipt does the asking

Your POS requests the link through the API and prints it. Nothing changes for the person operating the till.

03

No integration route too

In fiscalised markets the customer scans the tax authority's own QR, which needs nothing from your POS at all.

04

A chain rolls up

Every submission has a location, so a network reads store by store and still gets one number for the brand.

Worth deciding early

One login per store, or one per till

Billing counts staff logins, so this decision is also the price. One login for the store is the cheapest possible setup and tells you how the store is doing. One login per till costs more and tells you which counter is the problem.

Most chains start with one per store, run it for a month, and split the busiest stores into per-till logins once the numbers are worth acting on. Nothing is migrated when they do — a new login is a new code to print.

The same choice applies to a self-checkout bank, a click-and-collect desk or a customer service counter: give it its own login when you want to see it separately.

Common questions

Do we need a 7Stamp loyalty plan?

No. 7Feedback is sold on its own, with no stamp cards, no packages and no loyalty plan behind it. If you later add loyalty, the feedback you have already collected stays where it is and keeps arriving in the same queue.

What does 7Feedback cost?

$19 / €19 per staff login per month, or $190 / €190 per staff login for a year — pay for ten months, get twelve. In Ukraine it is UAH 899 monthly and UAH 8,990 annual. A staff login is a workstation, so three tills in one location is three logins.

What counts as a staff login?

A workstation: a till, a payment terminal, an API integration, or a badge QR belonging to one person. Ten tablets signed into the same staff login are one staff login. Five waiters who each need their own ratings are five.

We already use 7Stamp. Do we buy this twice?

No. For a 7Stamp business it is the Customer Feedback add-on inside the account you already have, at the add-on price, and it is cheaper than the standalone product. You keep one account, one set of locations and one notification queue.

Next step

Start with one store and one code

A sticker at the counter is enough to find out whether your customers have anything to say. They usually do.
