About

A collection engine, sold two ways

7Feedback is one engine with two names. Sold inside 7Stamp it is the Customer Feedback add-on. Sold on its own it is 7Feedback — the same product, for businesses that have no loyalty programme and do not want one.

It is built and operated by PayForSay s. r. o. in Bratislava, alongside 7Stamp, 7Bonuses and 7konto, on shared infrastructure that already serves tills, terminals and kiosks.

  • Operated from Bratislava
  • Part of the 7 family
  • Standalone or as an add-on
  • Same engine either way

What we decided not to build

Not a reputation tool

There is a whole category of software that promises to raise a public rating, and almost all of it works by showing the public button only to happy customers. That is prohibited, the penalty lands on the merchant, and we built the product so that it cannot be configured that way even by a customer who asks.

Not a survey platform

Long questionnaires get answered by people with a grievance or a spare ten minutes, which is the worst possible sample. 7Feedback asks one question at the moment of the visit and treats everything after it — text, photo, video, a phone number — as optional.

Three commitments we do not trade away

They are in the architecture rather than in a policy document, which is the only place a commitment survives a sales conversation.

01

The same screen for everyone

No screen, button or route depends on the rating. There is no plan, flag or partner arrangement that changes this.

02

The customer owns their words

Nothing is written, edited, hidden or published on a customer's behalf. We show the choice and stop there.

03

One name per thing

The module inside 7Stamp is Customer Feedback. The standalone product is 7Feedback. The page is the 7Feedback page. We do not invent a fourth.

The 7 family

Where 7Feedback sits

7Stamp is stamp-card loyalty on the same infrastructure, with the feedback engine available inside it as the Customer Feedback add-on. 7Bonuses is the points and cashback product, sold separately. 7konto covers fuel cards and corporate closed accounts.

The reason this matters to a buyer is narrow and practical: if you start on 7Feedback and later add loyalty, the feedback you have already collected stays where it is, in the same account, arriving in the same queue.

And if you already run 7Stamp, you never buy 7Feedback at all — you switch on Customer Feedback in the account you have, at the add-on price.
