Tell us what you run

Describe the counter — a café floor, forty tills, a terminal estate, a franchise network — and we will tell you which channel goes first and what it costs.

Chat is the fastest route for sales questions and demos. Email is better for partnerships, integration detail and anything that needs a written answer.

What people write to us about

Six conversations we have every week, and roughly how long each of them takes.

01

Would this work at my counter?

Describe where the visit ends and we will name the channel. Usually a two-message conversation.

02

How many logins do we need?

Send the number of tills, terminals or specialists and we will turn it into a figure you can put in a budget.

03

Our compliance team has questions

Send the questionnaire. The architecture rule answers most of it, and we will answer the rest in writing.

04

We have a terminal fleet

Terminal count, markets and whether your stack exposes PAR. That is enough for a first commercial and technical answer.

05

Can we run it under our brand?

Yes. Tell us the domain you want it on and which channels the merchants use.

06

We already use 7Stamp

Then this is an add-on in your existing account rather than a new product, and it is cheaper.

Who you are writing to

7Feedback is a product of PayForSay s. r. o., Doležalova 3424/15C, Bratislava – Ružinov, 821 04, Slovakia.

Messages can be sent Monday to Sunday, 00:00–23:59 Europe/Bratislava. That is when you can send one — a human replies in the next response window.

For a written record of anything commercial, email is the channel to use. Messenger threads are for speed, not for contracts.

What to put in the first message

Any three of these and we can usually answer properly on the first reply instead of the third.

  • What the business is and where the visit ends — a counter, a table, a pump, a treatment room.
  • How many locations, and how many workstations in each.
  • Whether payment terminals are involved, and who deployed them.
  • Whether you already run 7Stamp or another product from the family.
  • Which market you are in, since Fiscal Receipt Scanning covers four of them.
  • Whether the page has to carry your brand and your domain.
  • What you would want to do with a complaint that arrives at 19:40 on a Friday.

Answered before you ask

What is 7Feedback?

7Feedback is a standalone customer feedback product. It collects a one-tap rating and an optional comment, photo or video where the visit ends — the payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, a printed QR, the receipt or a chat-bot — and delivers every submission to the business with the location attached.

Do we need to integrate with our POS?

No. The terminal application installs next to your other Android apps and does not touch the payment flow, so it needs no payment-side certification. A printed QR or a fiscal receipt QR needs no integration at all. A deeper API integration exists for partners who want the question inside their own payment screens.

Does the customer have to install anything?

No. Scanning the code or tapping the terminal opens a web page. Rating takes one tap; a comment, a photo or a video is optional and never required, so the rating on its own is already a finished submission.

Do we need a 7Stamp loyalty plan?

No. 7Feedback is sold on its own, with no stamp cards, no packages and no loyalty plan behind it. If you later add loyalty, the feedback you have already collected stays where it is and keeps arriving in the same queue.

What does a customer see after a poor rating?

Exactly what a customer sees after a good one. No screen, button or route depends on the rating. Both options — writing to the business and opening the public listing — appear in the same order for a one and for a five.

Which public platforms can we send people to?

Google Maps is the default target and TripAdvisor is available on request. Trustpilot only if the invitation is shown to every customer without exception, which is how 7Feedback works anyway. Yelp is never used, because it prohibits asking for reviews in any form.
