Pricing

One number, billed per staff login

There are no packages, no tiers and no plan to choose. You pay for the workstations that collect feedback, and everything the product does is included in that number.

A staff login is a workstation, not a person: a till, a terminal, an API integration, a badge QR. Three tills in one location is three logins.

  • No setup fee
  • No package to buy
  • Every channel included
  • Cancel by not renewing

Updated

Two ways to pay for it

The annual form is the monthly price with two months taken off. Nothing else differs between them.

In Ukraine: UAH 899 monthly, UAH 8,990 annual, per staff login.

per staff login per year

The same product on a yearly term: pay for ten months, get twelve.

  • Price fixed for the term
  • Add logins at any point

Best for A network that already knows how many workstations it runs.

Updated

What counts as one staff login

This is the only thing on the invoice, so it is worth being exact about it.

01

A till or a counter

One workstation where customers are served. Three tills in one shop are three logins, however many people work them.

Counts as3 tills = 3 logins.

02

A payment terminal

A terminal running Terminal Mode is its own workstation, and the location on every submission comes from it.

Counts as1 terminal = 1 login.

03

An API integration

A POS, kiosk or online checkout requesting links through the API counts as one workstation.

Counts as1 integration = 1 login.

04

A badge QR

A person with their own code, when you want ratings attributed to them. Five waiters with their own ratings is five logins.

Counts as5 badges = 5 logins.

What the price includes

There is no feature held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.

Billing notes worth reading once

Everything below has surprised somebody at least once, which is why it is written down here rather than explained later.

  • The unit is the staff login, and the line on the invoice reads per staff login — a location with three tills is one location and three logins.
  • A staff login that is switched off is not counted. Counting follows active logins, not logins that were ever created.
  • Ten tablets signed into the same staff login are one staff login. Hardware does not multiply the bill.
  • Per-person attribution is a decision, not a fee for badges: one login and unlimited printed codes is a perfectly normal setup.
  • There is no package, no access code and no plan behind the standalone product — those belong to 7Stamp and do not apply here.
  • The annual form is the only discount, and it is the same product for ten months' money.
  • If you already run 7Stamp, this is the Customer Feedback add-on inside that account instead, at the add-on price.
  • Notifications about feedback are internal emails to your own address and are not billed as messaging.

Fleets and networks

Partner and fleet terms are set per deal

Volume terms, White-label and billing arrangements for acquirers, POS vendors and franchise networks are agreed per partner rather than published. Tell us the size of the fleet and we will put a number on it.

If you are a 7Stamp partner, note that the feedback module behaves as an account-level thing rather than a per-package one — one purchase switches it on across the account. The commercial detail for that lives in the partner store, not on this page.

Terms

Two words that decide the invoice

Both of them mean something narrower than they sound.

Staff login
A workstation rather than a person: a till, a terminal, an API integration or a badge QR. Every submission carries the staff login it came through, and the location is taken from it. Billing counts staff logins.
Attribution
The rule that no submission exists without a location. The location comes from the staff login; in a chat-bot, where there is no staff login, the customer selects the location before sending and cannot skip it.

Pricing questions

Do we need a 7Stamp loyalty plan?

No. 7Feedback is sold on its own, with no stamp cards, no packages and no loyalty plan behind it. If you later add loyalty, the feedback you have already collected stays where it is and keeps arriving in the same queue.

What does 7Feedback cost?

$19 / €19 per staff login per month, or $190 / €190 per staff login for a year — pay for ten months, get twelve. In Ukraine it is UAH 899 monthly and UAH 8,990 annual. A staff login is a workstation, so three tills in one location is three logins.

What counts as a staff login?

A workstation: a till, a payment terminal, an API integration, or a badge QR belonging to one person. Ten tablets signed into the same staff login are one staff login. Five waiters who each need their own ratings are five.

We already use 7Stamp. Do we buy this twice?

No. For a 7Stamp business it is the Customer Feedback add-on inside the account you already have, at the add-on price, and it is cheaper than the standalone product. You keep one account, one set of locations and one notification queue.

Next step

Count your workstations, not your staff

Most businesses start with one login and one printed code, and add the rest once they have read a week of what comes in.
