Standalone product

Your customer tells you directly

7Feedback collects a one-tap rating and a written comment right where the visit ends: the payment terminal, the kiosk, the QR on the table, the receipt. Nothing for the customer to install, nothing for staff to hand out.

  • No app to install
  • No staff work
  • No new hardware

Why 7Feedback exists

The unhappy customer talks to the internet

A visit goes wrong and nobody at the counter hears about it. The first the business learns is a public review written a day later, when the shift is over, the dish is gone and nothing can be fixed. The person never had a working way to say it to the business instead.

So we built the missing channel, not a filter

7Feedback adds a direct line to the manager next to the public one, and offers both to everyone. A comment, a photo or a video reaches the business while the customer is still in the room. The public button is still there, for every rating, in the same place.

What changes on day one

Three groups feel the difference, and none of them installs, learns or carries anything new.

For customers

They tap a face in the browser and close the tab. No download, no account, no login. A comment, a photo or a video is offered and never required — the rating on its own is a finished submission.

For staff

The request appears by itself after the transaction, or sits printed on the table. Nobody has to ask for a review, remind anyone or hand out a card. There is no second device and no second login.

For managers

One email per submission and one place to read everything, with the location and the staff login already attached. A problem can be answered the same hour instead of the following week.

The screen itself

Two channels, one screen

After the rating the customer sees the same two options, in the same order, whether they tapped one or five: write to the business, or open the public listing of this exact location. The customer chooses; the product never chooses for them.

Straight to the manager

Text, photo or video, delivered the moment it is sent — while the customer is still in the room.

A public step offered to everyone

Google Maps by default, pointed at the specific location. TripAdvisor on request.

Never written on their behalf

We show the choice. The person writes the words and presses publish, or does not.

One channel, or two

What a business hears depends entirely on which routes exist at the moment the visit ends.

Only the public one exists

The customer has exactly one place to put a complaint, and it is a listing the whole market reads. It arrives late, it arrives in public, and by the time it is read there is nothing left to fix. The people who would have told you quietly simply say nothing.

A private line next to it

The direct message reaches the manager immediately and can be answered the same hour. The public button stays on the same screen for everybody. A higher public rating is a real side effect of that — something you can get, and not something anyone should promise you.

What a customer actually does

  1. 01 Step 1

    The visit ends

The customer pays, takes the receipt, or scans the QR on the table. The request appears by itself — nobody has to ask for it.

    Customer sees
A question on the screen in front of them
    Business does
    Switch the channel on once
  2. 02 Step 2

    One tap rates it

Five faces, five stars or one to ten — whichever scale the business chose. The rating alone is a complete submission.

    Customer sees
A page in the browser, no install
    Business does
Pick one scale for every channel
  3. 03 Step 3

    The same two options appear

Write to the business, or open the public listing. Both are shown to every customer, in the same order, whatever the rating was.

    Customer sees
A real choice, not a route
    Business does
    Nothing to configure per rating
  4. 04 Step 4

    It lands with an address

The submission arrives by email with the location and the staff login attached, so the manager knows which counter and which shift it came from.

    Customer sees
    Nothing more to do
    Business does
Read one queue, answer the same hour

Three things 7Feedback never does

This is not a limitation we work around. It is the reason the product is safe to run against a merchant's own public listing.

Never filters or hides a rating

A one-star rating is stored, counted and delivered exactly like a five-star one. Nothing is screened, held back or quietly dropped.

In practiceOne queue holds every rating from 1 to 5.

Never writes or publishes for the customer

We show the choice. The person writes the words and presses publish, or closes the tab. Nothing is posted on anybody's behalf.

In practiceNo text is pre-filled, ever.

Never changes a screen based on the rating

No screen, button or route depends on what was rated. The same page with the same options appears every time, for everyone.

In practiceA 1 and a 5 see an identical screen.

Start without touching the POS

The shortest live setup needs no integration, no new device and no change to how anyone works.

  1. 01 Create the account and pick one rating scale — it is then shown by every channel you add later.
  2. 02 Print the permanent QR configured on a staff login and put it on the table, the counter or a badge.
  3. 03 Read the submissions as they arrive by email, each one carrying the location it came from.

Where it collects

Every entry point opens the same page

There is no terminal version and no bot version. Whatever the 7Feedback page offers, it offers identically everywhere — so the numbers from a till, a table and a receipt are the same numbers.

No certification

Payment terminals

Terminal Mode runs inside the 7Stamp Scanner APK you already deploy, outside the payment flow.

Printed and table QR

A permanent QR configured on a staff login: table tents, counter stickers, washrooms, staff badges.

Self-Service Kiosk

A mode of the same application on a tablet — a survey station on the table, or the kiosk the customer already uses.

Self-Service Kiosk
Two triggers

Telegram and WhatsApp

An automatic request after an operation, plus a permanent menu button that is not tied to a visit.

Chat-bots

All channels in full

No submission arrives without an address

A chain owner reading an undifferentiated stream of ratings cannot act on any of them. Four rules keep the data usable.

Location, always

Taken from the staff login the submission came through. In a chat-bot there is no staff login, so the customer picks the location before sending.

Staff, by staff login

A staff login is a workstation: a till, a terminal, an API integration, a badge QR. Want per-person ratings? Give the person their own login.

One notification queue

One submission, one email, one place to read everything — including if you also run 7Stamp loyalty on the same account.

One scale per business

The scale you pick is shown by every channel. Faces on the terminal with Stars in the bot is not available, because it would make the numbers incomparable.

One scale, every channel

Stars, Faces or Numbers

A business picks one rating scale and every channel shows it. Stars read as a rating anywhere and sit closest to the public platforms. Faces are the fastest thing to tap on a terminal and work in any language. Numbers from one to ten give the finest granularity and the slowest answer, which is what NPS reporting needs.

  1. 01 Faces is five faces, from delighted to upset — the terminal default.
  2. 02 Mixing scales between channels is deliberately unavailable: it would make the numbers incomparable.
  3. 03 Changing the scale is a setting, not a migration — the channels follow it.

Why that difference holds

It asks where the visit ends

The terminal, the kiosk, the table and the receipt are already in front of the customer. Nothing has to be delivered later.

It costs nobody any work

No staff prompt, no printed cards, no list to maintain. The invitation is part of the transaction or printed once.

It is safe to point at your own listing

The public step is offered identically to everyone, which is exactly what the review platforms require.

One number, billed per staff login

A staff login is a workstation, not a person: a till, a terminal, an API integration, a badge QR. Three tills in one location is three logins.

7Feedback · standalone

$19 / €19

Per staff login per month. Annual is $190 / €190 per staff login — pay for ten months, get twelve.

Terms

Three words used precisely

Feedback vocabulary is loose, and two of these decide whether a setup is compliant. Here is what they mean on this site.

Review gating
Showing the public review step only to customers who rated well. Platforms prohibit it, and the penalty lands on the merchant's own listing. 7Feedback cannot do it: no screen, button or route depends on the rating.
Staff login
A workstation rather than a person: a till, a terminal, an API integration or a badge QR. Every submission carries the staff login it came through, and the location is taken from it. Billing counts staff logins.
7Feedback page
The single collection page behind every channel. A terminal, a table QR, a receipt, a kiosk and a chat-bot all open the same page with the same options, which is what makes ratings from different channels comparable.

The questions we get asked first

What is 7Feedback?

7Feedback is a standalone customer feedback product. It collects a one-tap rating and an optional comment, photo or video where the visit ends — the payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, a printed QR, the receipt or a chat-bot — and delivers every submission to the business with the location attached.

Do we need to integrate with our POS?

No. The terminal application installs next to your other Android apps and does not touch the payment flow, so it needs no payment-side certification. A printed QR or a fiscal receipt QR needs no integration at all. A deeper API integration exists for partners who want the question inside their own payment screens.

Does the customer have to install anything?

No. Scanning the code or tapping the terminal opens a web page. Rating takes one tap; a comment, a photo or a video is optional and never required, so the rating on its own is already a finished submission.

Do we need a 7Stamp loyalty plan?

No. 7Feedback is sold on its own, with no stamp cards, no packages and no loyalty plan behind it. If you later add loyalty, the feedback you have already collected stays where it is and keeps arriving in the same queue.

What does a customer see after a poor rating?

Exactly what a customer sees after a good one. No screen, button or route depends on the rating. Both options — writing to the business and opening the public listing — appear in the same order for a one and for a five.

Which public platforms can we send people to?

Google Maps is the default target and TripAdvisor is available on request. Trustpilot only if the invitation is shown to every customer without exception, which is how 7Feedback works anyway. Yelp is never used, because it prohibits asking for reviews in any form.

Can we run it under our own brand and domain?

Yes. With White-label the feedback page and the system emails come from your domain in every channel — table QR, receipt, terminal, kiosk and bot alike. For a terminal fleet sold under an acquirer's brand this is a condition of the deal rather than an option.

Can we give a discount or a bonus for a review?

Not for a public one. Platforms prohibit it, and the moment someone opens a public listing is not an event a reward can be attached to — that link does not exist and will not be built. Rewarding a customer for feedback given to you privately is a different question: ask us and we will walk through what is possible in your country.

What happens to a customer's phone number?

It is only there if the customer chose to leave it and ticked the consent box. It covers that one piece of feedback — no newsletters, no other messages — and it is deleted after about 90 days.

How often is the same customer asked?

Not more often than once every few days, set per location. The frequency cap is blind to the rating: it exists to protect a regular from fatigue, not to protect the business from criticism.

What does 7Feedback cost?

$19 / €19 per staff login per month, or $190 / €190 per staff login for a year — pay for ten months, get twelve. In Ukraine it is UAH 899 monthly and UAH 8,990 annual. A staff login is a workstation, so three tills in one location is three logins.
