A station that asks while the order is being made
Self-Service Kiosk is a mode of the same Scanner application, running on a tablet. It asks about the visit on the screen the customer is already standing in front of, in the minutes they are waiting anyway.
It is our own station, not a third-party kiosk. Where somebody else's kiosk shows the page, that is a placement of the link — the same link every other channel uses.

What it is good at
The kiosk earns its place in exactly the rooms where nobody is free to ask a question out loud.
The waiting minute
Fast food and self-service floors have a gap between paying and collecting. That gap is the highest-response moment in the building.
The price of a table tent
A survey-only station is a tablet on a stand. Ten tablets on one staff login are one staff login, so hardware does not multiply the bill.
No queue pressure
Nobody is standing behind the customer waiting to pay, so a written comment is far more likely than at the till.
Same page, same numbers
The kiosk opens the identical 7Feedback page, so its ratings are directly comparable with the terminal and the table QR.
Two forms
A station that stamps, and a station that only asks
In the first form the customer scans their own card at the kiosk and the visit is recorded — useful where a loyalty programme runs alongside. In the second there is no card and no loyalty at all: the tablet asks about the visit and nothing else.
The second form is what most standalone 7Feedback customers deploy. A tablet on the table, at the exit or at the reception desk, asking one question, all day, without anyone attending it.
Both forms are the same application in a different mode, which is why a business that later adds loyalty does not replace anything on the floor.
Common questions
What is 7Feedback?
7Feedback is a standalone customer feedback product. It collects a one-tap rating and an optional comment, photo or video where the visit ends — the payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, a printed QR, the receipt or a chat-bot — and delivers every submission to the business with the location attached.
Do we need to integrate with our POS?
No. The terminal application installs next to your other Android apps and does not touch the payment flow, so it needs no payment-side certification. A printed QR or a fiscal receipt QR needs no integration at all. A deeper API integration exists for partners who want the question inside their own payment screens.
Does the customer have to install anything?
No. Scanning the code or tapping the terminal opens a web page. Rating takes one tap; a comment, a photo or a video is optional and never required, so the rating on its own is already a finished submission.
How often is the same customer asked?
Not more often than once every few days, set per location. The frequency cap is blind to the rating: it exists to protect a regular from fatigue, not to protect the business from criticism.

Put one tablet where the waiting happens
One staff login covers every tablet signed into it, so a pilot costs what a single workstation costs.
