Cookie Policy

1 What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and SDKs. They can be set by us (first-party) or by a provider whose code runs on the Site (third-party), and they can last for a single browsing session or for a defined period.

2.1 Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to work, to keep it secure, and to remember your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. These do not require consent, and they cannot be switched off through the banner.

2.2 Analytics

Used to understand how visitors find and use the Site — which sections they read, where they stop, which contact route they take. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These are set only if you give consent.

2.3 Marketing and advertising

Used to measure advertising and show relevant ads. As at the date of this policy, the Site does not run advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool is switched on, and it will require your active opt-in.

3 What we use today

Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies; it is the container that loads the tools listed above. Cookie names and durations are set by the provider and may change. If you find a cookie on the Site that is not listed here, tell us at info@7feedback.com and we will investigate and correct the list.

4 Feedback pages and White Label domains

This policy covers the marketing website only. The feedback page a Customer opens after scanning a QR code or tapping a terminal is a different surface, and it behaves differently by design: it uses only what is strictly necessary to display the page, submit the feedback and prevent abuse.

Where a White Label Partner serves feedback pages from its own domain and enables its own analytics, advertising or tracking tools, the partner is the controller for that tracking and is responsible for its own disclosures and consent mechanism. See section 11.5 of the Terms of Use.

5 How to manage cookies

• On this Site: accept or reject non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, and change your mind later by clearing the Site's cookies in your browser and reloading the page.
• Global Privacy Control: we honour GPC signals. If your browser or extension sends GPC, non-essential cookies are disabled automatically.
• In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
• Google Analytics opt-out: Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any site.

6 Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, remove or replace a tool, or when the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change introduces a new category of non-essential tracking, we will ask for consent again.
